Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. When we got there, could not have been happier with the quality. There were some concerns originally based a few of the pictures, but Javier patiently hung in there and put us at ease. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Dropped my truck off to be serviced today. Stephen Mckenzie had my truck ready in less time then I planned and also recommended a few other services that I needed. I was amazed how fast he had me in and out. Completely personal, even walked me out to my truck and started it up.

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.
