I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I just had my 2021 CamaroR/S Riverside blue drivers side panels replaced and even though it took A little bit longer than usual to repair I feel like it was worth the wait. My car was repaired exactly the way I thought it would be repaired and expected it to be repaired. I was impressed with the fact that the car looked as good as it did the day I bought it from the dealership and the paint job matched really good for a 2021 camaro. Bradley and the guys were very professional and did a great job explaining to me how they were going to repair the car and told me after they were done the car would look as good as it did the day I bought it or very close to it. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Overall pleasant experience, none of the usual smoke and mirrors, the sale was straight forward and the sale went just how it was explained to me.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Randy in service was amazing. He made sure I was well taken care of and my car had the best care. He was also honest. He disclosed the new charge that he said came for corporate. I have to say I was very Disappointed in corporate of Acura. They are now charging a fee every time your vehicle is serviced that they are listing as a documentation/ records fee for your vehicle. I can keep my own records. So very disappointed in the Acura name. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years...guess it is time to move to a different type of car were corporate does not railroad clients into paying for their computers.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

I had a wonderful car-buying experience with John Ramirez! He was highly informed about the vehicle and the test drive was helpful. He told me the truth about a small cosmetic ding on the hood that i hadn't even noticed....I was a little bummed by a high interest rate from a bank they connected me to for finance but that's because of my fair (just above poor) credit. Nevertheless I was overjoyed to walk out that day and drive this lovely pre-owned (2019) new-to-me car! If I were you, I would go see John at Coggin Ford!
