The financial officer, Tom, was also very helpful and professional. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we left feeling we had gone to the right place to purchase our new car.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I recently leased a new 22 GMC Sierra through Kirk and could not have had a better experience. He is a class act! I had a couple of issues on my end (my own fault) that Kirk was able to guide me through in order to complete the whole process in under an hour. Could not be happier with my new truck :)

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

We had a great experience with Mitch! When we got to the dealership for our test drive he was super familiar with the vehicle and was able to tell us all the details. I have worked with sales associates at dealerships who are not familiar with all the features like that, so I really appreciated him doing his homework and being prepared and knowledgeable. The dealership is kid friendly, clean and everyone is really nice to work with. We will come back if and when we need another vehicle!

I went into Ford yesterday because I wanted a new truck. Jon W. was a dream to work with. It's been hard in the past being a woman and trying to go look at cars alone.
