Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I previously wrote a bad review based on the experiences I had a this location. But I have to say, they have done absolutely everything to make up for my bad experiences! I understand mistakes happen and today I am pleased to say Brian Cole and his team have been amazing. He is very understanding and has a great heart. I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

When it comes to customer service, Sewell-Audi North Houston is hard to beat. They not only take care of you but they provide extraordinary services that is hard to find these days. They made my service experience so easy.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Great performance, excellent applications and comfortable seating. Handles well on the road. Bluecruise was an excellent feature and it blew ma away at its performance.

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

My experience with Mac Haik was phenomenal. After weeks of shopping for a used Expedition locally, I had to move my search nationwide. With this came dealing with several shady dealerships that advertise one thing and try to con you into something else, or hide a bunch of fees into their "online price". Not with Mac Haik. What I saw online is what I paid, and what they advertised is what I purchased. Everything above board, everything as promised. The Pre-Owned Director, Jerry, was first class.
