I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! My experience there was a good one, customer service was awesome and it is a long process to buy a vehicle but they made it go by quickly. Finance officer was awesome as well. They need to clean up the showroom its old and needs a deep cleaning
