I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Ruben was very polite, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help me. He even washed my truck before I left. He made sure that everything was taken care of before I left.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.
