I called about a vehicle I had identified online. A pleasant hent, Gelmer Velasquez, who is a master salesperson at Baytown for over 13 years, made an immediate appointment for the next day. Gelmer was pleasant, informative, and attentive to all of my questions. He kindly volunteered to drive my vehicle to my home as I had come by my car! The facilitybat Baytown Ford is comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. I am VERY PLEASED with the entire process and people who helped me purchase my pre-owned electric truck!!! Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I?m not one to leave reviews online when I have bad experiences , non the less when I have a good one BUT I really feel my experience at Cook Ford and giving appreciation to Eric Osorio(sell?s guy) and Tania Brown(finance manager) is well worth what little time I have to get on here and leave them a review. I bought my 2022 F150 on Nov 22nd just before Thanksgiving. I?m a man of little free time when I?m off work and was in somewhat desperate need of a truck. With thanksgiving being only 2 days away I was stressed enough not knowing if I?d be home for the holiday or stuck on a train at work so I had that to add on to my stress. Just as I pulled into the parking lot rain started to pour down. I took that as a bad luck sign. I felt as if I was going to walk into the dealer and be rushed,forced and pressured into buying something I didn?t really want at a price I felt was over priced. Eric Osorio made me feel the complete opposite of that. I didn?t go in with a certain truck in mind,I just knew I needed one. Rain was still pouring and he did not hesitate one bit to go outside in the pouring rain and walk the whole lot with me till I found the truck I wanted. Never complained about the rain nor made any bothered faces about me taking my time to look at their inventory. So we walk back in and start discussing numbers as well as a vehicle trade in as I was going to trade in a Ford Explorer I had. Was nervous because I never traded a vehicle in. He made the whole process seem like a walk in the park and was able to work with the Cook Ford manager on giving me a better offer for my Explorer than I had in mind. Everything just seemed like it was going too good based on my passed experience at a previous Ford dealer back in 2019. Across the hall from Eric was the Finance Manager (Tania Brown). She was previously helping out another client as Eric was wrapping up all the paperwork I needed to sign. As Eric was finishing I could see a young lady in her early 20?s with her mom walking out Tania?s office with a big smile. That gave me somewhat of a stress reliever. Just as Eric introduces me to Tania and it?s my turn to walk in and go through the final finance process with Tania her lunch was getting delivered via grubhub. Being that I spend a lot of time away from home and don?t really get to sit down with my family at the dinner table every day/night Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner time is sacred to me when I am home with my wife and son of 2yrs old. So I told Tania that I didn?t mind waiting outside while she ate her hot meal that had just been delivered. She told me it was fine and that she could wait till she got done with me. This made me feel like now she was going to rush me out of there and not give me the same impeccable service I received from Eric Osorio so I told her once more that I didn?t mind waiting but she insisted in helping me still. To my surprise miss Tania Brown made me feel just as comfortable as when I was dealing with Eric. She didn?t try to force me into getting anything I wasn?t really looking for in a warranty package. To be honest the price of the truck and monthly payment I was going to have was a bit more than I wanted but they were both able to give me a good deal on my trade in,new truck price and final financing. So much so that I was able to walk out with just the monthly payment and overall final financing price I was hoping for. Tania Brown really helped ALOT with getting me the perfect balance of warranty protection for my new truck. She was such a kind hearted person that I even shaved personally family business with her(in a good way,no negative stuff)and that?s something I don?t do even with my close friends. She even shared information about programs and events that will be fun and helpful to my wife,son and I. I drove in on a rainy day and gut feeling of bad luck and drove out feeling as if I just left Sunday service. I can?t help but say that Eric and Tania?s teamwork was top tier and 2nd to none! TY!

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

I purchased a 2025 F-150 XLT in April. I researched the truck and scheduled a test drive on the Autonation Website without any issues. Once I got to the dealership everything went smoothly. hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

I am back again for a follow up on the last review. I was going to edit it out but it will not let me. There was some information that was missing when everything was handed over to Dave. Once I got his direct line number, he was very thorough and handled my calls. If I had to leave a VM he would call me back in a good time frame. The reason for the first review was for how we were feeling, but because we are Mac Haik customers they did work this out in a timely manner. Costs still accrued but we knew why and details pertaining to them.

I recently had electronic work done on my Jeep Cherokee and was very pleased with the service at Auto Nation Katy. The service rep kept me informed of findings, provided a timely quote and repair and in the end the repair cost was less than quoted. When my car was ready they sent a shuttle to pick me up, even though I was slightly outside of their usual radius. Thank you to Derrick and Auto Nation!

Great service! Honestly I was hesitant because I know dealerships can tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door but this store made everything smooth and easy for me from the get go.
