The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

Super great dealership. Loved our salesguy, David Williams was so professional and helpful. He knew so much about all of the different vehicles, and took us to their second location. We ended up with a beautiful BMW and will come back later this year for another SUV, and always deal with Certified Benz & Beemer in the future.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

The staff was courteous, I felt like they listened to my needs, and I felt like I was a person, not just a shopper that they were helping. I would recommend this dealership to a friend any day.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead, was pleasantly surprised since as a former prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General I was expecting the worst buying a used car. I'd already been by one dealership previously looking for a Mustang and didn't like the extra things they were insisting on adding on. Well Noah exceeded my expectations. He was extremely honest on all of the numbers, didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The finance manager was also equally honest and upfront, did not try to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. Good support from salesperson Brandon. It was late Sunday evening but they stayed with us till everything was done. Facilities were nice. Paperwork was straightforward.
