I went in to have my Ford F150 serviced for a recall. They had the knowledge and the parts needed to do the recall whereas my local Ford Dealer wanted me to bring in the recall letter so they could read it. Jim Bass Ford knew what it was when I called. They made me an appointment and it was fixed in less than an hour. I had been looking for a good used car so I scrolled through their website. I found one I wanted to look at and was promptly assigned a salesman and we drove it and I bought it. They have been very helpful with the Lincoln and explaining how things work and even put my tags on when they came in.
