I can't ever say I had a better experience at your dealership. The best experience is your salesman Joe LaMantia, treated my wife and I like family . He suggested upgrading our vehicle, (yes cost more) but, he convinced my wife who is usually very hard to move from her set ways for the higher package. I was amazed. I would, if we get another Lincoln, call one person and that would be Joe. Hopefully he will be there in 39 months and if not we would find ,where he went and buy from him. Long story short - I left with the car of my dreams. I’d looked elsewhere, but either prices were inflated or the condition was sketchy. Here it was obvious: no flood damage, no wrecks. Picked up a Camry and couldn’t be happier.

I bought a 2018 Escape in Oct. 2021 with 33000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. The staff have been very helpful even as I returned to the dealership with questions. Kensie and Damon deserve credit for their service. The deal was just ok, but it was done during the height of the pandemic, they had to find me what I wanted, and inventory was in short supply. Overall a positive experience.

Had loaner while vehicle servicing, good overall experience. They kept me informed of progress for about ten days during repair. Service adviser was courteous and cordial, all noted problems were corrected.
