Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life!

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I was looking at a 2015 Ford F-150 that they had listed on their website. I made an appointment with Alec and came in the next day to look at it. He and the team at Gladstone Mitsubishi made sure that all my needs were met and I was happy. The buying process was very smooth and easy. I didn't feel forced or pressured like at the other dealerships I visited prior! Loved the team and hospitality provided.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

He and his team ran diagnostics for me on 2 different vehicles and went on a ride along with me, all at no charge.
