I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

The service department was able to get me in at my appointment time, kept me updated on the progress, and talked with me about the suggested services recommended by the service tech.

Though we only met him briefly, his friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. While waiting for finance, we noticed a birthday celebration for one of the team members. The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end.
