I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. Inquiring about a car I found on cars.com at Cavendar Grande Ford, I reached Travis Jones. I was headed out of town and worried that the unit I was interested in might sell before I got back. Travis did a walk around video for me showing the car and the first full day I got back into town I drove the almost 1 hour across San Antonio to look at it. It was worth it. I got a fair deal, Travis was very straightforward in dealing with me and I was very impressed by the experience in “F&I”- the business office where you complete the deal. I was treated with respect and was also in and out in an hour and a half- unheard of in buying a car. There were two minor issues with the vehicle and they are both being taken car off. The car will be delivered to my home on Thursday and I couldn’t be happier. Lastly, I was blown away by the Cavendar program that covers oil changes for active duty and military veterans. This was a huge contributor to a wonderful sales experience. Buying cars can be painful, but this ranks in my top 2 or 3 all time (and I’ve bought a lot of cars).

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. We ran into many others in the dealership that day and everyone was very friendly. I can't recommend this place and Jim Rich enough!!!! Thank you very much Five Star Ford of NRH!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price for the F150 was cheaper than any place in my area. It was well worth the four hour trip. Every one was friendly and helpful also there wasn't any pressure to buy. Very satisfied.
