I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.
