Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. 9/27/2024 was rear while stopped for traffic on US23 at about 70 mph the the rear bed was hit pushing it into back of cab, The drivers seat back broke putting me in the rear seat area, the drivers seat belt broke. Received damage to right leg - it was on the brake pedal. The truck was totaled out, have purchase a new one.

Service not friendly tried to get oil changed twice turn ed away without options I went to ferndale location great service

Holly was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills were incredible. The wait time was minimal, I had a oil change.
