New and used 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat trucks for sale near Lexington, TN

Not proud of myself for what I put Desiree and Skye through. Lol Here is short version. I use my truck for work and it was just purchased a month ago. First week I lost a/c unit while in Az. I was able to get fix at dealership before anyone knew of a recall on a/c compressors. Now I’m in Texas 5 days later and it broke again. Now I’m extremely pissed off. I paid 140k for a new truck and now this. I took to where I bought my great truck at coconut point ford. I met Skye and Desiree after out call. These ladies are extremely good with their customers. They both had me at calmed down and laughing about a cheap product Ford company stuck in my truck. They explained so much regarding how much work is needed to get this job done with the right parts. Unfortunately due to damage that defected compressor. The sent me pictures. Communication was awesome and I have to say this diesel truck service dept. and their mechanics are top notch. I will only take my truck to them moving forward. If you want transparency, then come here for service. Finally. Considering the extensive damage that was caused, they had my truck back in a great time frame. Thank you Coconut point ford diesel service dept.

Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

It was on Saturday Memorial weekend. I spoke with Bob, who was very kind. I dropped my car off that evening. My car was seen in a timely manner, considering the holiday. I was contacted with the problem by Sue, on Tuesday, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Sue!! The car was repaired the very next day. All is running smoothly. Woody Folsom Ford and Baxley Georgia has honored every commitment they made at the time of sale on my F150 Ford pick up truck seven years ago. The folks at the front desk of the repair shop are top notch good people. Very helpful, keep you well informed of what's going on with your vehicle. The personel in the shop are also top notch. They take good care of vehicle while it is being serviced. Highly recommend if you are having transportation issues.
