I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). My husband has been buying from them for years and I should have listened to him before now. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

Ambrose and Mohammed were great in helping me order my new vehicle and also with the follow up and transfer of vehicles. Got a fair deal and the whole process was pretty straightforward, simple, and painless - would definitely recommend!!

2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Service has been great. Only issue has been making sure the billing is done properly for the fleet management company that handles payments.

I asked to pre order a bottom of the line no frills Ford Maverick for MSRP. They did not even try to manipulate or upsell me!! They sold me the car I wanted at a fair market price!! I was amazed! I'm driving it now and it works well.
