I recently purchased a 2024 Ford F150 from Auto Nation Ford Katy and was 100% satisfied with my purchase experience. Although the entire team was top notch, our car salesman, Diego, was the MVP throughout the process. Diego was very patient with my wife and I while making the hard choice of trying to figure out which vehicle was the best for our family. Our finance representative, Mo, did a terrific job in explaining the sales contract and the different warranties available to us. My wife and I were in and out of the dealership within the hour after we made our selection. Thank you Diego and Mo for going above and beyond for my family and I. Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add.
