To be completely honest, this dealership is not bad only if you are buying a new car that is already on the lot. They sold me a car at MSRP with no other hidden fees. The reason why I took a star off is because they're very, very pushy. They will try to sell you on a different car so hard that they're trying to get rid of, and will keep pushing you to purchase warranties and all. They have a super hard time hearing no. If you keep standing your ground and don't get pressured into doing something you really don't want, this is actually a decent enough dealership to purchase a brand new car from only.

Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Buyers should do their homework, know their number, and be willing to take a deal or move on. I can't speak to service department and I am from PA, but sales experience was pretty good. Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. Dealership looked good from the road,clean,tidy, customer cars lined up and the longe for customers was fresh,comfortable and very clean.Service was flawless as was Customer Service.Well done and keep up the forward momentum!

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

Tiffany was amazing to work with. They picked up my truck took it in and brought it back to me the same day! Best part was they offered to pick it up for free. I will be back here to purchase my next truck.

I visited the dealership after seeing a vehicle online. I was not impressed at first because the sales man that the reception sent me to never answer. I called back. She sent me to Jordan Evan’s. Everything changed. He was professional and studious. I could tell he enjoyed his job. We drove a long distance to look at the vehicle. And after meeting Jordan and how passionate he was I decided to purchase the vehicle. Had an issue on my way back home. Called Jordan, he said bring it back we will make it right. I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!
