The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

I called about a vehicle I had identified online. A pleasant hent, Gelmer Velasquez, who is a master salesperson at Baytown for over 13 years, made an immediate appointment for the next day. Gelmer was pleasant, informative, and attentive to all of my questions. He kindly volunteered to drive my vehicle to my home as I had come by my car! The facilitybat Baytown Ford is comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. I am VERY PLEASED with the entire process and people who helped me purchase my pre-owned electric truck!!! Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

Great experience good people to work with salespeople need some training on the vehicle walk around and knowledge of all the vehicles that are being sold .But overall an easy purchase.
