She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Brighton Ford is a family-friendly, low-pressure, hassle-free, reliable place to get your next vehicle, and we highly recommend seeing Jerry Niskar when you go! Not only do we love working with him, but our extended family does too. Super down-to-earth, kind, knowledgeable gentleman who is really funny too. It's so nice to go there and take your time looking around without feeling any pressure. Jerry hears your needs and always finds a great deal. And options! We just bought our 16 year old her first car, and Jerry was great pointing us in the right direction of which cars were the safest and best for what she'd use it for. We left feeling great that we visited, and we plan to see him again for all of our vehicle needs.
