I had to have an engine replaced. Considering the scope of work, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The employee that oversaw my service made sure that I was provided with a rental vehicle for the entire time it took to complete the job. I was extremely grateful.

Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

I experienced professional and courteous treatment from greeting through sales conclusion by Devin Rudd .i should also mention the same from the financial agent. This was all after a horrible experience at Clay Cooley Ford.
