It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. Length of time to finalize the deal seemed long, but we had delt with another dealer earlier that morning and were a little frustrated. Phillip Reynolds was a good sport. Helped set up the app. and gave me his card for future reference.

Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida vacation from Maine. Heard a noise, saw the temp gauge begin to rise, pulled off at the I 295 split. Hit the first exit and found the Circle K, asked for directions to a Ford dealership. Half mile late I'm parked in the service center at Auto Nation. Long story short, I traded my 2016 F-150 with what turns out to be an $8,000 engine damage issue, for a 2023 F-150, three hours later. We home in Maine now, and thrilled to have had the good fortune to find this outfit. Thank you to Rini Schepen and Jeff (Jimmy) Cowley for making a traumatic experience into a smooth and satisfying experience. Next time I need a new truck, I'm driving from Maine to Florida and asking for Rini.

Terry was great, got me checked in quickly, knew exactly what I needed done. The Tech let me know when the vehicle was done. When picking up, Terry informed me of the work I requested along with a few other items that needed attention.

My service advisor Aaron is super helpful and attentive. It's nice to be able to text him questions and to set up appointments. They've also picked up and dropped off my vehicle many times, which is sooo helpful!
