This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. He found a couple cars and told us to come in. We left with one of those choices a few hours later. Always great service!

A low tire pressure alert brought me into Hawk Ford where I've always received EXCLLENT. This visit was much the same...EXCLLENT diagnostic and inspection of vital areas. Colin Lieb and his team were outstanding with customer communications and expert in explaining the troubles needing repair. A broken driver's side outside mirror needed attention and was replaced in full, with care and efficiency. I'm thankful for the parts ordered and service so professionally completed. Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).

The sales, finance and service department are the best. Every once awhile I receive a text message asking me how the car is doing and if I need anything. The service department is always great.

Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

Service, facility and staff were great. I highly recommend this location. I will be returning.

We went to Westfield Ford to begin the process of looking at plug-in hybrid vehicles. Rick Blumerichmet us as we entered the showroom and was very effective in helping us determine our needs. The vehicle that we were interested in, in the color we wanted, was in stock. Rick did a great job of getting us all of the discounts that were a bit available and we secured, a favorable price. The service level that will be provided going forward is excellent. Westfield Ford has a mobile service man that can come to our house to perform some maintenance activities. They also will pick up at the vehicle and return it to us from the dealership after servicing for more extensive repairs. Overall, we were very happy with Rick’s professional assistance, and the process and highly recommend Westfield Ford.
