They were fairly accurate in estimating the wait time. Comfortable waiting area. Courteous service staff. Took the time to explain what they did and answer any questions.

Fun experience on a Friday night. Had to go back to have the vehicle ceramic coated, they comped breakfast at lemans, great food and great company! It’s all they say!

My car buying experience at Sarasota Ford with Matthew Smith as the sales person was exceptional! Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about the Explorer lines. He did not use any high pressure tactics and took time to answer all of questions. He was available after the sale to answer additional questions. Not good about returning calls or letting me know if they had time to look at my car. We had to drive over & ask how things were going after hearing nothing for 2 days. Parts had to be ordered because my car is older. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but everything these days is expensive. The office staff was very efficient & friendly. Overall, we would get our repairs there again.

Brought my car in for service on same day I called to schedule it. Tire had a leak and they fixed it pretty quick. The people in service were great.

Sales team was knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure to purchase right away. Showed us many models for color and options choices. Both sales persons knew the product line!

Although not convenient, our locations are becoming less so due to the scarcity of the vehicle I want. All interactions with them have been interesting since the day we initiated our contact happened 4 or 5 times with a different person each time. All the eager beavers seemed professional.

All of the guys were great they made you feel very welcome not like other places that just want money and don?t care. Dylan was our sales guy and he was the best. The gentleman in the finance dept was awesome! We will definitely keep going there to buy our vehicles so far we have bought 3.
