I had a recall on my Ford Escape so the dealer called me to schedule an appt. to fix the recall. I made the appt and then asked if I could get my scheduled maintenance work done at the same time (oil change, tire rotation, etc). They said that would be fine to do everything at the same time. The recall took about half a day so they were kind enough to drive me home. When the car was done, the escort driver was at my front door to take me back to Apple Ford to pick up my car[. All the work was done and I didn't have to pay anything for services rendered!! Everything went smoothly and I was home to be there for another service man coming that day. I was very satisfied with the work done and the kindness of the service men I encountered. The driver of the escort service was so pleasant and wonderful to converse with. Great experience with Apple Ford!!!!

Really appreciated Louie?s style of communication. He along with the other employees I encountered offered great customer service. My car was finished at the time that was promised.

I would highly recommend Anderson Koch Ford in North Branch. We worked with Brad, and I'd look for him if you're going there! Great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The only minor issue we had was that the vehicle we wanted was being used as a loaner to the service dept, so there were a few more miles than we had hoped for on it, and it wasn't on site when I went to test drive it. Brad made sure it was back and all cleaned up the next morning, so even though the extra trip wasn't ideal he still delivered great service! They did discount the purchase price because of the mileage & added a couple bonuses, so that did settle our minor disappointment. The trade in on our STX was fair, and the purchase price on the Bronco Sport was also fair. Definitely would go back again!

5 star service. The review process is redundant though, as first I got a request of review from Ford, then from Freeway Ford. I would prefer just writing one review and having it shared. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service however.

I have purchased my vehicles from this dealership over the last 20 years. I have worked with the same sales person over the last 13 years and have found him and the dealership reasonable, helpful, and made my purchases easy and straightforward. The service was great. No hiccups there. Wanted a car wash but it was too cold. However I am a little unhappy for a few reasons. Last time I was in I did not get a car wash, this time the oil change was almost $50. And last, I had been waiting to see if ford was sending out a coupon or if there was a coupon online, but it was overdue and could not wait and now yesterday I received one in the mail. I won't be able to use it however on my next service because they all expire the end of March.It would be nice if you had some coupons on your site too for oil changes.
