I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. This is my second vehicle from Mullinax Ford, I live over an hour away from the dealership so I start the process online to see if the vehicle I'm looking at will fit my budget,Joshua Barrett texted me back with figures on my trade a financing, everything looked good to me so we drove to the dealership,Joshua had the vehicle ready and everything went very smoothly from there,there was no bait and switching and no pressure to buy from anyone there, It's always a pleasure doing business there and no dealer fees,When it's time to trade this vehicle in I'll make the drive to Mullinax Ford again for the great buying experience.

Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I hate shopping for cars, with that being said, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at AutoNation in Sanford Fl. From the moment I entered the building I had a peace about me. The whole experience was quick and enjoyable. If you live in Florida please give them a chance, you may be pleasantly surprised also.
