I am just bought my second car from this dealership. Robert Reed was is my salesman for both vehicles. I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online, and across state boarders. Ultimately the process went well and our sales person, Tonia, was great to work with. We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Overall, a good experience with Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee.

I hate shopping for cars, with that being said, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at AutoNation in Sanford Fl. From the moment I entered the building I had a peace about me. Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

Champ was excellent and so was the finance manager, the sales team did not pressure us to purchase and they were able to create a deal that benefited both parties
