Had the pleasure of buying a gently used vehicle from Jaime Gonzalez last week. We reside out of state, roughly 350 miles away, and work in healthcare so we don?t have a lot of time to shop around and bounce from dealership to dealership. I explained our situation to Jaime and he made sure every step of the sales process was seamless and smooth. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was completely transparent with pricing. He did not waste our time! We made the trip and the car was exactly as described, simply beautiful and priced very well, with zero hidden fees. Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

The sales people I dealt with were very interested in finding the exact truck that I wanted and were transparent on all the costs and how the value of my trade in was done. The entire process went well.

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

Grant was our service rep. He was fabulous! He was an excellent communicator, kept us up to date with texts and phone calls. I would definitely go back the McDavid Ford for repairs.
