I would like start off by saying everyone at this dealership was amazing but one individual person really stuck out and made our experience amazing this was Brandon he helped my get my dream vehicle all in the same day while making sure I was comfortable and also offering water, coffee and anything else we needed he truly was awsome and so patient with us trying to get us the best deal and my dream vehicle all in one. I called Jerry?s Ford to ask about a car I found on the website. Paul answered the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. I made an appointment to test drive the car later that week. Paul was waiting for me and showed me the car and again answered any questions I had. Following a test drive I decided to purchase the car. I worked with Amar on the trade and Chris to purchase the car. I couldn?t be happier with them. I had a great experience. It was also quick, I was in and out in about 3 hours. A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.
