Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service dept on 3/22/25. Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after. Will definitely use them for any future service needs.

You will not find a more helpful dealership than Bill Utter Ford. I am simply amazed at how kind, helpful, and genuine these guys are. It puts whole new meaning to the phrase ?car salesmen? which often leaves a bad taste in your moth. Phil, Kent, and tabitha are all huge assets to this dealership and should be rewarded for their customer service. The place is clean, accommodating, and high quality. I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19.
