My husband and I purchased a car from Pugmire. Tim Whitehead was our salesman, he was very friendly, and a super salesman. He helped us to find the vehicle of our choice.

Dropped the car off for oil change, tire rotation and repair passenger side window. Work was done in a timely manner. No charge for the oil change because it was the first one at Pugmire for this vehicle. The window repair was no charge because the vehicle is under warranty. Ended up no charge for the work done.

Each time I go to Jim Tidwell Ford I have always have treated great! All employees are good at what they do! And I love my Bronco!!!

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. When I arrived at the front I was greeted and Mr. John Paul worked with me on getting my dream car. Mr. Paul is an amazing person. He made me feel like he was selling a car to his own daughter. Scheduled an appointment for the works. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete. That?s my only complaint. Still need a recall done but have to reschedule because I was told they?d need my car for 3 days.

I stopped by Pugmire Ford to look at a truck. The sales guy Tim was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I told him I was only looking, but he treated me as if I was important as any other customer. He was patient and was not pushy at all but yet still very helpful. Mike lewis at pugmire of cartersville. Was awesome with work with tried to get the process done as quick as he could,even being very shorthanded with staff we got it done! I heard multiple people come in asking for him he killed it for me got me approved pretty quick.

I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. After I signed the agreement they moved it around back and put a sold paper in the dash. It took two days for me to get them a copy of the bank check and three more to pick it up. They didn't make me race other interested people to be the first one there with cash. That was an issue with other dealers. They also sold it to me for the advertised price. I didn't have to use their financing to get the advertised price.

The tech was helpful and professional. Good communication and very efficient.Thats all I have to say. Why are you making me type out more words.
