I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. We went to Ennis Ford to get my wife a new car. She ended up buying a New Escape which she loves. Greg was our salesman and he went above and beyond the norm for us. Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.
