We have had bad experiences at car dealerships before, but this was not one of them. Auday provided us with the best service that we have experienced in a long time. � � �As we went through the contract, it was time to talk about financing which is not something that most people enjoy when making a large purchase � � �We had already set up our financing with another lender and shared our percentage rate with Kyron Session. As he checked our credit score, he came back to the desk and presented his offer. We were shocked that he offered us almost the same percentage rate. We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. It's was a good experience , I admit I don't like car dealers or dealerships and I am ready to go to war when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle. I already know the numbers, features on the vehicle, tactics used by salesman, etc. just to emphasize on that, I would purchase a vehicle in another state if the pricing and everything else lines up to my advantage. Nevertheless, I seen a vehicle I wanted on line and was able to negotiate everything before I even left my house. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Robert Pafford a.k.a. Santa Claus and not only did he become my favorite salesman ever he's is one of the best people I've ever talked to. I could keep going on with my experience but then this will turn into a news column vs a review. It's was good, and I think Robert has a customer for life. Good job and welcome (he knows what I'm talking about).

Service was performed in a professional manner. People were friendly and helpful. Service performed work I request and informed me up possible upcoming maintenance on my vehicle.

Our work vehicle had some recalls due, and needed a new seal around the windshield and I booked the repairs via online services and was able to get a convenient appointment date/time very quickly. The service representative, Paul Segars was awesome and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Vehicle was ready faster than expected and very much appreciated!
