This Service Department saved my sanity. I had an issue on a new Ford Focus that no other service department in area could even locate, tried 2 other service departments including original dealer car was purchased from. They found it and fixed it in 2 days.

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. Traded a 2019 F-150 XLT for a 2020 F-150 Lariat. Both bought from this dealer. I have a Ford dealership 2 miles from my house, but I drive 20 miles to Sunset Ford because I really like the dealership. Bin Fu (Sales) was a great to work with. Howard Wood, sales manager, worked the numbers to make the deal happen and Justin Lombard (Finance) made the paperwork easy. Like I said, driving the extra miles is worth it for the great service I receive.

Eric the sales person that assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He explained the features of the car and even provided a follow-up call the day after my purchase and made himself available if I have any future questions. The finance person was very knowledgeable and explained the additional add-ons available.

Luke made the process pretty easy. Made a deal, signed the papers, drove the new (to me) car home. No hard sells on any of the dealer add ons, etc. Even got me another half percent off the rate I already had from my CU.

Damen Hartwick was awesome! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and Damen made sure that I left with it. The process was smooth for the most part. 10/10 would recommend!

My previous vehicle was totaled, I saw the car on their used lot. Low miles and clean CarFax. Price was fair. I gave my insurance settlement and financed a bit. From the time I committed to picking it up, they did a major service including tires and brakes with rotors. All up, most was done via text message as I was traveling and out of the area. On pickup day, 45 minutes is all it took to be on the road.
