Had a great experience at Bill Collins Ford. Had a deal in place before arriving and I decided to keep my trade in. They were very cool about it. They had to redo all the paper work, rerun the loan info and they stayed nice and friendly the whole time. Also as a car enthusiast, the showroom was AWESOME! Here’s why I like Town and Country Ford on Preston 1. My sales person Mr. David Reed, I first bought a F150 in 09 and then my wife and bought two more cars from David. Then I called Mr Reed and asked him to look for a newer truck for me he called back in less then an 30 minutes with everything I wanted. 2. We got everything and more from the dealership 3 The finance department was wonderful and they gave me better then my credit union or bank could give me. For my 2019 F150 with every bell and whistle I wanted 4. When I decided to buy David had the day off and I said I could wait another day and instead he met me at the dealership to close the deal. 5. Relationships matter greatly, and David is why I came back to Town and Country Ford
