I have the largest Rous h dealership in the country 10 minutes from my house but drove 140 miles to Auto Park Ford. Glad I did! I got the exact car I wanted from Auto Park Ford - Bremen. Wasn't sure what to expect inquiring about cars to a sales associate while living 140 miles away. I contacted Dana D. to ask some questions and ran credit app over the phone. Arriving at the dealership three days later, I met with several of the associates, the mechanic and the owner. YES..the owner! Everyone treated me like a long time friend. I got the deal I wanted with no hassles like I received at local dealers. They had exactly what I wanted and explained they could get what I wanted if they didn't have it. It was painless. Definitely a dealer that I will return to on my next purchase. So far, the Roush supercharged GT has performed like a champ! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone within 200 miles. Well worth the trip to meet nice people without all the shenanigans of most other dealerships. A+

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers and this was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. While I didn't purchase I was very impressed with this dealership. Dana waited on me and was a true professional in every aspect of the visit. Coffee was available and fresh. I stopped in on July 5th ,my fan wasn't working for the airconditioner. 2018 F150. They immediately took it back into the service area found that the motor was bad called South Bend and had a fan motor delivered within the hours .I was there a total of 2 hours. Service doesn't get any better than that. I was in awe of the attention that I received immediately. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was in Ghent market for a newer truck and being a Ford only family found the perfect truck at Auto Park Ford. I called and scheduled test drive and when I arrived they had more option then I originally had seen. Test drive F 150 and was so pleased I didn’t look any further and purchased that day due to the professional and friendly sales department.

The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!

His name is Jon Weber, and there was a long wait for the particular vehicle that I wanted to order. Jon patiently assisted me in setting the best configuration for my 2022 Bronco, also providing test drives and updates on the status of my order. There was no pressure to add unnecessary accessories and the final price was correct and based on the MSRP without any overcharges. I highly recommend Siemans Ford to other car buyers.

I did contact this dealer and had a pleasant experience for the most part. The car I was interested was sold to someone else within just a few days of inquiring about it so I didn't end up buying a car but I can say that it was a very pleasant experience and the sales person was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone doing business with them from my limited experience.
