I was very pleased with the level of service I received while purchasing my new Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid. They were very through in explaining everything. What most impressed me, was that they were the only dealership willing to sell me a car that wasn't in their inventory.

Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.

Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

Had a great buying experience today at Villa Ford. Our salesman Harrison Brown, provided excellent customer care and was a professional throughout the entire process. In fact, I must say that every person we came in contact with while at the dealership was very friendly and courteous. Thank you Villa Ford for making my F-250 Lariat purchase a positive experience! Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it?s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He?s one of the reasons I will continue to come back.
