It was my first time at your new location. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly and helpful to me and explained things is a way I understood. I believe my service person was Arturo. Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.
