I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. Scheduled an appointment for the works. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete. That?s my only complaint. Still need a recall done but have to reschedule because I was told they?d need my car for 3 days.

Mike lewis at pugmire of cartersville. Was awesome with work with tried to get the process done as quick as he could,even being very shorthanded with staff we got it done! I heard multiple people come in asking for him he killed it for me got me approved pretty quick.

I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. After I signed the agreement they moved it around back and put a sold paper in the dash. It took two days for me to get them a copy of the bank check and three more to pick it up. They didn't make me race other interested people to be the first one there with cash. That was an issue with other dealers. They also sold it to me for the advertised price. I didn't have to use their financing to get the advertised price.
