Brought my car in for service on same day I called to schedule it. Tire had a leak and they fixed it pretty quick. The people in service were great.

Although not convenient, our locations are becoming less so due to the scarcity of the vehicle I want. All interactions with them have been interesting since the day we initiated our contact happened 4 or 5 times with a different person each time. All the eager beavers seemed professional.

Mike Bolton, an amazing product specialist for my husband, who is getting his first truck, is a very knowledgeable man about the vehicles Ford has to offer. He showed us all the features and explained in detail what they do. Richard Pryce, a business manager, was the gentleman with whom we signed papers.
