New and used 2025 Ford F-150 STX trucks for sale near South Amherst, OH

I usually don't like doing this type of business by phone, I did it all by phone really liked the free pickup and delivery and they washed the truck car .

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Process went as expected. Would be great if you could come up with quicker process. Sales man and other staff all tried to meet our needs.

Pete was wonderful to work with. Overall the team was fast and efficient getting the deal done. I took my Ford Explorer in for service with some anxiety but from the greeting, as I checked my vehicle in, professional and kind, to the updates on progress, I was treated like I mattered.
