I bought a used 2015 Prius that I found on Cars dot com. The dealership responded to my email inquiry right away and they scheduled a test drive for me. The car was as advertised so I bought it and the buying process was very easy. I was offered an extended warranty but declined and the salesman wasn't pushy, which I appreciated.

The guys in the service department took care of me. they were courteous and went out of their way to make sure I got handled. Even left the car inside over the weekend to fix an issue.

Great follow up by staff! Easy going and no pressure sales. Everything done by email so no contact option is important these days. I highly recommend them!

It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had.
