My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

Planet ford spring was a joy to buy a car from. The salesman (Leo) was great and listened to what I required and came through a little better than I requested. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this dealership after trying several others.
