No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. We had Eric as a salesman and he was very good at answering all of our questions we had about the new trucks. He made the buying process about as quick as possible. Then Michael the tech, came and explained all the cool tech gadgets on the new trucks. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. I purchased the oil change package for my new car back in 2019. It's great that I get notified when I need a service, next I make the appointment, I am contacted by the valet, the service valet comes and picks up my vehicle, they perform the required work, and then return my car to my home. On the seat is my service sheet of the work and coupons to get my car washed. I am also contacted about any other necessary maintenance needs. Having the convenience of staying home and not sitting in a waiting room is really awesome. My advisor Jes has been very helpful answering any concerns or questions I had about the future needs. Also, the driver Ali who arrived to pick up my vehicle has a great upbeat demeanor about her. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Thanks.
