She helped me secure a great deal on my new truck. Even though I had to travel four hours to purchase the truck, it was well worth it. When I arrived, I was greeted by Spencer Pisel, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I had all the information I needed. Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.
