Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

Gelmer was pleasant, informative, and attentive to all of my questions. He kindly volunteered to drive my vehicle to my home as I had come by my car! Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
