This was the best buying experience of my life. Jacoby was very friendly and helped streamline everything. Finance was a breeze. I remember when buying a car took all day. I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a brand new Ford F150 Lariat. Gullo Ford Conroe has a customer for life. Beautiful facilities also!

The entire process was the most upfront, honest, and seem less new car buying experience. Sales Associate Jason Albritton provided me with an online detailed invoice of drive out price including all taxes, fees, and extras. When I arrived at the dealer he stuck to his quote without any unexpected and surprise added costs. Business Manager Jordan Gonzales reviewed all peripherals like extended warranty and various protection plans without any pressure to buy. I rated the dealership separately, But I wanted to give special attention to the sales person and finance individual. The person who handled the sales process, Karl Alfeld Internet Manager, and JR, Fnance, in addition to the service department. They answered every question, provided a printout of the findings of the 40 point inspection and actions taken, demonstrated the cars features and handled the finance expeditiously. I would rate them a 10. At the age of 85, I've had a lot of experience with sales organizations and have rarely experienced this level of cooperation & forthrightness.
