Did our car deal on line Very easy process all we had to do is take a test drive before it was final. In and out of the dealership with in hour. They detail the vehicle and had a full tank of gas. Service at Kia Willowbrook has been great with Luis overseeing our vehicles. We were at another dealership and had difficulty getting warranty work done correctly. We brought the vehicle to Luis in Willowbrook and he not only completed the job, but went the extra mile to research solutions and manage the process from start to end.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).

Had a recall notice on my sun roof. Packey Webb Service order the parts and scheduled the repairs. Repairs completed within 2 hours when they were suppose to take 4.My only criticism is they need to communicate better. They should be proactive in providing updates to the customer.
