I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

A little slow with the paperwork but Justin was a pleasure to deal with. He made the buying process as smooth as possible. The snacks and water/coffee were also good.

I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.

This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. He found a couple cars and told us to come in. We left with one of those choices a few hours later. Always great service!

Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

The dealership had many cars to review and choose from. Colors and options were available. The salesman knew his business and was pleasant in helping us choose a car.

The vehicle that we were interested in, in the color we wanted, was in stock. Rick did a great job of getting us all of the discounts that were a bit available and we secured, a favorable price. The service level that will be provided going forward is excellent. Westfield Ford has a mobile service man that can come to our house to perform some maintenance activities. They also will pick up at the vehicle and return it to us from the dealership after servicing for more extensive repairs. Overall, we were very happy with Rick’s professional assistance, and the process and highly recommend Westfield Ford.

A low tire pressure alert brought me into Hawk Ford where I've always received EXCLLENT. This visit was much the same...EXCLLENT diagnostic and inspection of vital areas. Colin Lieb and his team were outstanding with customer communications and expert in explaining the troubles needing repair. A broken driver's side outside mirror needed attention and was replaced in full, with care and efficiency. I'm thankful for the parts ordered and service so professionally completed. The sales, finance and service department are the best. Every once awhile I receive a text message asking me how the car is doing and if I need anything. The service department is always great.

They are well prepared and complete the repair in one hour or less. The facility is very clean and it reflect on the work performance.
