I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.

Exceptional experience from the time of inquiry. The Jeep I had originally inquired about through an online query sold that same day. Immediately, Jared started helping find alternative cars that met our needs which involved contacting other dealerships to find a match for us. Within two days, THE JEEP for us had been found! He had a giant red bow put on it for the grand reveal to my daughter which was priceless. Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. I stopped in for a test drive the other day and was truly pleased with my experience. It was very easy to find and get to, Sharon was extremely nice and helpful, the showroom was beautiful, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle but it had nothing to do with the dealership.
